01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing er777.im, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the er777 platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is effective from the moment your er777 account is created.

These terms apply to all players using er777, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan and any other jurisdiction where er777 services are available. 02Eligibility and Registration

If you are found to be under 18, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled and any funds in your balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active er777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms. er777 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any account identified as a duplicate may be closed without notice and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering your er777 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

2.4 Account Verification

er777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require submission of a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method linked to your account. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. er777 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing resulting from your failure to provide requested verification documents in a timely manner.

2.5 Restricted Territories

er777 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using er777 is permitted in your jurisdiction before creating an account. er777 reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances where it is determined that a player has registered from a restricted territory.

03Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your er777 account credentials, including your username and password. er777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your er777 account, even a family member or friend. Every bet placed and every transaction made through your account is your legal and financial responsibility, regardless of who physically placed the bet.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify er777 customer support immediately via live chat or email. er777 will investigate all reports of unauthorised account access and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is in progress.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

er777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your er777 balance instantly. er777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges for which er777 takes no responsibility.

All funds deposited to er777 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. er777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account reviewed for compliance with these terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no fees charged by er777 on any withdrawal. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval, around the clock including weekends and public holidays. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one to two hours during standard Pakistani banking windows.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks. er777 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours pending completion of such checks. In all cases, er777 will inform you via your registered contact details if your withdrawal is subject to a verification hold and what documentation is required to release it.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An er777 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 applied to the account balance. er777 will notify you by email or SMS before applying any dormancy fee. If your account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.

4.4 Currency

All er777 account balances, bets, wins and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. er777 does not apply currency conversion charges at any stage of the deposit, play or withdrawal process. The amount displayed in your er777 balance is the amount that will be credited to your withdrawal destination.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits available on er777 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as displayed in the Promotions section of your account. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Bonuses are credited to your er777 balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify a minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request will be approved. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new er777 registrations only, one per player, one per household, one per device and one per IP address. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to your er777 account carry an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that remain unplayed at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to review the expiry date of each bonus in your account and ensure you meet the wagering requirements within the stated period.

5.4 Refer a Friend Programme

The er777 Refer a Friend programme rewards you with Rs 500 for each person you successfully refer who registers a new account and makes their first qualifying deposit. Both the referrer and the referred player must have genuine, individually registered accounts. er777 reserves the right to investigate all referral claims and withhold referral rewards where it suspects fraudulent or coordinated activity, including self-referrals or multiple accounts controlled by the same individual.

06Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed on er777, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — stake amount, game selection, market, odds or target multiplier — before confirming. er777 accepts no liability for errors made by players in placing bets, including accidental bets placed due to technical error on the player's device.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game's settings or information panel. er777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or game types at any time, including during an active session, where there are concerns about abnormal betting patterns, technical issues or responsible gaming considerations.

6.3 Void Bets

er777 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: if the bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded; if the game experienced a technical malfunction that affected the outcome; if the bet was placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity; or if the odds, multiplier or game outcome displayed at the time of the bet were the result of an error. Voided bets are returned to the player's er777 balance in full.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting on er777 is subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type as displayed in the sports betting section of the platform. In-play bets are final from the moment they are confirmed. er777 uses verified data feeds for live match events; however, er777 is not liable for errors in third-party data that affect in-play markets, and bets may be voided if a data feed error is identified as having materially affected the settlement of a market.

6.5 Crash Games and Aviator

Crash games and Aviator on er777 use provably fair RNG algorithms. The crash point for each round is determined before bets are placed and cannot be altered after the round begins. Auto cash-out instructions are executed on er777 servers and are not dependent on the player maintaining an active browser connection, provided the auto cash-out was set before the round began. er777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to cash out in time due to slow internet connections or device issues where no auto cash-out was set.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on er777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

08Responsible Gaming
